    As a college grad who has had three internships and a few years of working experience with all of my jobs combined, I strongly believe it comes down to company values and equitable hiring practices. There are high level HR managers who make it a part of their job to increase opportunity for entry level and diverse candidates and there are those that don’t seek anything but a resume and job description match.
